Netball Whanganui Special General Meeting

The Executive Committee of Netball Whanganui Incorporated calls all members to a Special General Meeting on February 25, 2026, at 6PM, at 98 Peat Street Whanganui, in the Laird Park Netball Courts Pavilion. 

This meeting has been called to ratify a new Constitution to ensure the association remains compliant with the updated Incorporated Societies Act 2022.​​​​​​​

All Documents will be sent out to Stakeholders on February 5th.

Netball Whanganui ANNUAL General Meeting

The 2026 Netball Whanganui Annual General Meeting is being held on the 18th of March 2026 6:00pm at the Laird Park Netball Courts Pavilion, 98 Peat Street Whanganui.

Nominations for Executive Members, Advice of Remit, General Business and Delegate Registration Forms must be completed and returned to the Office of Netball Whanganui by 5:00pm March 8th. Please see the forms available for download below.

Delegate registration forms must be completed to register your attendance as a Delegate (to have voting rights) on behalf of your School or Club. A quorum of 15 delegates is required to hold the AGM.

Note: the NW SGM on Wednesday 25 February is a separate meeting and is of equal importance to the AGM. We hope to see our members and delegates at both.
